For Plant Pests

Here are some ways we address pests in our garden. Don't hesitate to contact Jaime at 707-246-0841 if you want specific advice for your plants.

Mealy Bugs, Ants, Aphids, Powdery Mildew, etc.

Mixture:

• 2 tsp baking soda (NOT powder)

• 1/3 cup olive oil

To Use:

• 5 cups of water

• 3 tsp of mixture

• 2 tsp of baking soda

• 10 drops of liquid soap

MIX WELL.

Ant Spray

(do not use directly on plants)

• 1 cup vinegar (pure)

• 4 drops dishwashing liquid

For Fungi

Pesticide Mixture of 3% Hydrogen Peroxide Spray:

• 2 cups of hydrogen peroxide added to 1 Liter or 4 cups of water OR

• 1 bt (4 cups) of hydrogen peroxide added to 8 cups of water.
